COVID-19 Update

At Chickpeas Kitchen, we take great care to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. As our community continues to understand and navigate the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to let you know that we have strict protocols in place to provide you a safe and enjoyable Chickpeas Kitchen experience.

We have always adhered to stringent food safety guidelines and regulations. In response to growing health concerns, we have increased the frequency of our disinfecting and cleaning procedures to maintain a healthy environment. In addition to very strict food handling and handwashing/glove procedures, we have temporarily ended our self-serve salads. Now employees serve the requested salads to prevent cross-contamination from handling by multiple customers. Our self-serve tahini, yogurt and hot sauces are now available in individual prepackaged containers. We are constantly evaluating what we can do to make our environment safe and welcoming. We welcome suggestions from our customers.

Our team members are what makes your meal special. All of our restaurants are following our strict employee sick policy ensuring employees who are ill stay home until completely healthy. In support of our teams, we have established policies and procedures to accommodate any employee impacted by COVID-19.

This is a fluid and ever-changing situation. We are monitoring all the information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local government agencies. We will continue to adjust our operations based on their guidance and remain committed to providing you a fresh and safe experience. We are thankful for the opportunity to continue to serve you every day. We offer take-out, limited dine-in, and home deliveries through Grubhub, DoorDash and other online apps. We are working on website updates so that customers can order for pickup directly online.
