SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chickpeas Kitchen. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery

Delivery periods at the time of ordering should be taken into account as approximate only and thus they might vary. Goods will be sent to the delivery address you stated when placing the order. The given address should be under the vicinity of the delivery area of the restaurant.

All orders will be always delivered by a reputable courier. If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted by us, you may contact us by telephone or email and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. You may call the restaurant to trace your order status.

If you fail to accept delivery of Food or Drinks Delivery and/or Goods at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by calling the restaurant.

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

Chickpeas Kitchen will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your food is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of it’s perish ability, we must dispose of the contents of the food and you will not be refunded.

Wrong Food

If you get food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that you received the wrong food. For credit card payments, we will void the last transaction of your credit card charge and recharge it for the new dollar amount. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the differences of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the wrong food. In the same way, you will receive the difference of balance back if the new food has less value than the wrong food. Please return the wrong food in the original container(s)* to our host or driver to avoid an additional charge.

Return / Cancel

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. Please contact us for more information.

If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit.

General

To obtain a refund please return to the restaurant you purchased the goods from with your proof of purchase and explain the basis of your refund request. Following approval by the restaurant, the agreed amount will be refunded to you in cash or as a refund onto your credit card subject to the payment method used in the original transaction.

Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt as this provides details of the items purchased and also the name and location of the restaurant.
